Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto is a four-star hotel located in the heart of the city. With 977 rooms spread over 38 floors, the hotel also has a vast conference centre. Part of the world’s biggest hotel group, Starwood, Westin Harbour Castle is one of the main hotels in Toronto. It has 320 parking spaces for its guests.
The hotel’s management team, with whom Indigo in Canada has worked closely since 2010, renewed its trust in the company and its high-end valet subsidiary, Northern Valet, in 2015. During its first contract, Indigo in Canada improved the management of the hotel’s car park by offering a valet service that could process up to 400 vehicles a day and a ‘traditional’ parking service in which guests park their car themselves under the supervision of the Indigo in Canada team in situ. By significantly increasing the number of vehicles that could be processed through the valet service, access to the hotel was improved and the time spent processing each vehicle, on arrival as well as departure, was reduced. Northern Valet handles 75,000 vehicles a year and is widely recognised for its know-how and professionalism.
